Analysis of the Aggregated Results of Forest Lands Tenure Assessment in 33 Local Government Units

This paper presents results of assessments of public forest lands under various types of tenure arrangements, regardless of which agency has jurisdiction but within the boundary of the city or municipality with Forest Land Use Plan (FLUP). Policy Advocacy Strategy for LAM Reform Bills

This strategy paper on policy advocacy aims to provide an over-all framework and approach to achieve the abovementioned objectives in the LAM reform agenda. It specifically focuses on presenting an integrated, wholistic and coordinated legislative advocacy strategy for the four key bills on LAM reform within the existing limitations and contingencies of the policy development and legislative-making process.

Policy Development Guidelines for LAMP2

This report is a result of technical assistance managed by Land Equity International to the Government of the Philippines. The TA was funded by AusAID and the views expressed in this work do not necessarily represent the views of the Commonwealth of Australia.

The guidelines defines terminology and summarizes key characteristics of modern policy development and implementation. Section 3 presents guidelines and a checklist aimed at ensuring that these features of modern policy development are incorporated in policy development for LAMP2.
