The project recognizes new conservation areas, such as, those managed by IPs, local communities and local government units as an opportunity to establish solid foundations for accelerated expansion of the terrestrial system in the Philippines, supported by strong management capacities, and sustainable financing.

EDNaSTPAP also known as NewCAPP
This manual covers producers and policies in the management and disbursement of funds, and procurement of inputs required to produce the Project outputs. It also specifies the relevant  policies on personnel management and administratin; and management of physical assests. Associated guidelines will be developed for monitoring and evaluation, and other aspects of project implementation and management, as may be necessary.
