Manila Third Sewerage Project (MTSP)

MTSP intends to identify impediments to cooperation among sector agencies, and to non-conventional investments in sewerage and sanitation. The project is assisting MWSS in pursuing higher investments in sewerage and sanitation by its concessionaires and in piloting suitable technology for septage disposal.

First Quarterly Progress Report, GEF - Manila Third Sewerage Program as of 31 March 2013

This report presents the progress status of the Project ending the quarter 31 March 2013.
This quarter, the World Bank mission comprising of Ms. Maya Villaluz (Task Team Leader) Rene Manuel (Sr. Procurement Specialist) and Tomas Sta. Maria (Financial Management Specialist) conducted an implementation support mission on January 23-31, 2013 to review project implementation. Results and findings of the review were presented during the wrap-up meeting towards the end of the Mission and in the Aide Memoire.
