Regional Resource Management Project : ENR-SECAL, End-of-Project Impact Assessment Final Repor

This document is a report that assessed the degree of achievements of Regional Resource Management Project - Environment and Natural Resources Setoral Adjustment Loan Program (RRMP, ENR-SECAL) in 14 project sites. The extent of which are relevent and sustainable beyond the project term and gleaned lessons that might be useful for policy making process and in the planning and development of furture projects of the same nature.

Monitoring and Enforcement Component : ENR-SECAL Program

 
The Monitoring and Enforcement Component (MEC) Project under the ENR-SECAL Program of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources was "essentially conceived as a short-term campaign approach for delivery of a long-term, sustainable, and comprehensive forest management system. It called for institutional strengthening, a bottom-up methodology for transforming community attitudes towards forest resources, and a top-down effort to augment the capacity to identify, apprehend, and prosecute forestry law violations."

National Program Support for Environment and Natural Resources Management Project (NPS-ENRMP): Project Completion Report

The NPS-ENRMP’s overall development objective is to assist the DENR to improve efficiency and effectiveness in its service delivery. Specifically, the NPS-ENRMP aims to strengthen the allocative efficiency of DENR’s limited budget resources through better prioritization and partnership arrangements facilitating scaling-up, and through better linking of plans and budgets.

Conservation and Sustainable Management of Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS) Pilot Country: Philippines, terminal report

The Food and Agriculture (FAO) launched an initiative for the dynamic conservation of Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS) during the World Summit on sustainable Development in 2002. GIAHS are specific agricultural systems and landscapes that reflect the co-evolution of humankind with its environment.

ICRMP Project Completion Report

The Integrated Coastal Resources Management Project (ICRMP) aimed to enhance coastal resources. The specific goals are sustainable management of coastal resources and increased income for coastal communities. The Project promoted the “ridge-to-reef” approach in managing coastal resources for sustainability.

National Integrated Protected Areas Programme (NIPAP): Final Report

This report briefly discuss the project followed by an assessment of outputs based on the Logical Framework. Much of the information is tabular and based on monitoring processes. However, the tables have been kept to the minimum with additional information included in the appendices that have their own tables. Then comes an elaboration of the Sustainability Process because this was not, with the benefit of hindsight, sufficiently covered in the log-frame.
