This document is the proposed Quality Assurance Strategies (QAS) to be adopted to support the mass conversion of records into the Land Administration and Management System (LAMS) of the One Stop Shop (OSS). The Land Administration and Management Project (LAMP 2) undertook a broad property tax and fees policy study to review the existing national and local property tax system. This Section describes the current situation of regular personnel and contractuals with regard to entitlements and incentives.
