PCEEP aims to replace CFC and non-CFC-based inefficient chillers with new and more energy-efficient new technology chillers through provision of financial subsidy and technical assistance to a significant number of enterprises in the private and public sectors. PCEEP’s intends to accelerate the conversion of the existing inefficient CFC and non-CFC chillers for the country to benefit from potentially significant energy savings and to eventually initiate a permanent market transformation of the chiller sector in the Philippines.
