Pisaan-Sungayan Mangrove Rehabilitation Subproject is located within the 11 Barangays from the three Municipalities of Zamboanga del Sur: Dinas, Dimataling, and Pitogo. The Mangrove forests functioned importantly as source of marine products. Villagers depend much on the marine produce of the area for their living.

The established plantations and the intense maintenance and protection of the PO improved the diversity of the marine ecosystem. The communities experienced more harvest than before. The developed vegetative cover of the area also

The Northern Iloilo Mangrove Rehabilitation Subproject is located in the northern part of Iloilo Province within the municipalities of Carles and Balasan. Its implementation showcases primarily the positive effects of protecting fishery and marine resources on the environment and sea-based livelihood of those in the coastal communities.

With an area coverage of 531.44 hectares, the Subproject has served as social and technical laboratory to notable institutions involved in fisheries development such as the Southeast Asia Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC)

The Maseil –seil Watershed Subproject which lies between the provinces of Pangasinan and Nueva Ecija covers a total of 2,950 hectares. Maseil-seil Watershed although not officially proclaimed as a critical watershed is considered denuded. The loss of its forest cover is very evident. During summer months, one can see the deforested mountain and the dried riverbeds. Life has become harder for the people within and around the watershed.

The Itogon Watershed Subproject is located within Barangays Tinongdan, Dalupirip, Ampucao and Poblacion in the Municipality of Itogon, Benguet. The Subproject is significant for its role in providing water to local and downstream communities of Benguet and Pangasinan for domestic and irrigation purposes and in empowering as well as improving the socio-economic condition of project beneficiaries.

Subproject activities like Community Site Development (CSD) and infrastructure works gave employment to members as well as non-members registering a total of 321, 791 mandays.

Kabingaan Mangrove Subproject is composed of two parcels within Barangays of Aloh and Tangkapaan , Kabingaan Island, Tapul, Sulu. Sulu province is considered among one the poorest province in terms of income level of their constituents despite the vast natural resources that abound in the area.

The People's Organization rehabilitated a total of 950.1 hectares of mangrove forest plantations through reforestation and enrichment planting with the overall weighted average survival rate of 88.08%.

Lebak Mangrove Rehabilitation Subproject is located in the tidal mudflats and mangrove swamps in the municipality of Lebak, province of Sultan Kudarat. The subproject covers parcels of inadequate stocked mangrove lands, foreshore areas, beach ridges and mangrove forest (adequately or inadequately stock).

The project has provided regular employment not only to its members but also to non-members of the PO’s. They participated in plantation establishment, construction of infrastructure and livelihood projects.

Maqueda Bay Mangrove Rehabilitation Subproject is located in the tidal mudflats and coastal waters in the municipalities of Tarangnan and Calbiga, Western Samar. The subproject covers parcels of inadequately stocked mangrove areas and open or denuded areas interspersed along the coast.

Under the Comprehensive Site Development contract of the subproject, the PO’s rehabilitated a total of 1,387.47 hectares of mangrove and mudflats which were planted with bacauan or Rhizophora spp.

The Mariveles Watershed Rehabilitation Subproject which has a total area of 2,000 hectares is located in the Municipality of Mariveles within Barangays Biaan and Balon-Anito and covers Sitios Lilimbin and Palanas of Barangay Camaya. The Subproject was undertaken to arrest the environmental degradation as well as to alleviate poverty in the area.

Comprehensive Site Development (CSD) activities accomplished rehabilitation of a total of 1,893 hectares through reforestation, agro forestry, enrichment planting and rattan planting with an average survival rate of 81.14%.

The Coron Watershed Subproject is located in Busuanga Island, Palawan and has about 2,250 hectares in area coverage. The Subproject will improve the watershed’s significant role in the economic development of the Island through rehabilitation of the environment and improvement of socio-economic status of local communities. The watershed has also been envisioned to support the irrigation services of the National Irrigation Administration (NIA).

In terms of improving the economic condition of the project

The Catubig Watershed Rehabilitation Subproject is located in the province of Northern Samar covering the municipalities of Catubig and Las Navas. It is a part of the large Catubig Watershed which supplies water to the major rice growing towns of the province.
