Quality Assurance Strategies for the Encoding of Records into the Land Administration and Management System of the One Stop Shop

This document is the proposed Quality Assurance Strategies (QAS) to be adopted to support the mass conversion of records into the Land Administration and Management System (LAMS) of the One Stop Shop (OSS). The OSS is being developed under Land Administration and Management Project Phase 2 (LAMP2).

Property Sales Transactions and Cost Database: Deployment Strategy

This report has been produced as a requirement in the TOR for the International IS Valuation Adviser (Refer to Appendix I) and the National Valuation IS Adviser (Refer to Appendix J). The strategy covers a five year timeframe commencing in 2009. It addresses deploying the property sales transactions and costs database in cities and municipalities across the country and establishing a national database in the BLGF/NAA.

LAMP2 Gender Mainstreaming Guidebook

This guidebook presents the overall principles and strategy for mainstreaming gender in the Land Administration and Management Project Second Phase (LAMP2), and compiles all gender-related elements of key documents and manuals (i.e., social development and gender framework, project management, field operations, land records, human resource development, monitoring and evaluation) of LAMP2. Social Mobilization Strategy to Support Land Administration and Management Reform

This document conveys the Social Mobilization Strategy intended to build broad understanding of the public and strong support from the key land sector stakeholders for land administration and management reform. LAM reform is a long term process requiring long term partnerships and commitments. This is the first social mobilization strategy for the LAM Project (LAMP 2). More strategies will be required as progress is made, lessons are learned and reinvigoration of LAM reform is called for.
