Third Quarter Progress Report, GEF-Manila Sewerage Project: as of September 2012

This report presents the progress status of the Project ending the quarter 30 September 2012.
An added feature in the review of this quarter's project implementation was the participatory process of monitoring progress that involved the partner agencies in the gathering, validation and consolidation of data and information for the third quarter progress report.
