DENR Foreign Assisted Projects: Annual Performance Report 2011

This Annual Report provides an overview of the accomplishments of the Department's Foreign Assisted Projects (FAPs) in CY 2011 and their contribution to sectoral priorities as defined on the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) 2011-2016. It also reports on their performance vis-a-vis their physical and financial targets, the implementation issues/problems, and the actions taken. This inconsistent with the national policy on strengthening transparency and accountability in government operations, and in this particular case, the management of resources made available through Official Development Assistance (ODA).
