When Land Claims, Mandates and Jurisdictions Overlap Review of JAO-01-2012

WHEN LAND CLAIMS, MANDATES, AND JURISDICTIONS OVERLAP reviews the effectiveness of the policy in Regions 10 and 13. Although small in scope, it gives an insight of how various joint committees are operating on the ground. The findings herein are results of exhaustive consultations with direct participants of the JAO implementation in the regions, provincial governments, and representatives from the indigenous sector and other stakeholders.
