LAMP2 Gender Mainstreaming Guidebook

This guidebook presents the overall principles and strategy for mainstreaming gender in the Land Administration and Management Project Second Phase (LAMP2), and compiles all gender-related elements of key documents and manuals (i.e., social development and gender framework, project management, field operations, land records, human resource development, monitoring and evaluation) of LAMP2. The purpose is to provide a quick view of the gender principles, goals, strategies and procedures of LAMP2.

The intended users of this guidebook are those assigned to mainstream the social development and gender (SD&G) advocacies and strategies of LAMP2 in LAM agencies, such as in the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the Land Registration Authority-Registry of Deeds (LRA-ROD). This can also serve as a guide for those who intend to continue and further improve the SD&G systems and practices of LAMP2 after the project ends in 2011.
