Proceedings of the Forum on DENR Foreign-assisted and Special Projects Success Stories and Lessons Learned (Quezon City, 1997)

The forum on DENR-FASPs Success Stories and Lessons Learned centers on the learnings and experiences of the on the Natural Resoources Management Program (NRMP) in the implementation of Community-based Forest Management (CBFM). This proceedings includes a brief presentation on the NRMP and CBFM as well as the experiences in the course of CBFM  in the implementation in Region 11. This provides the reader a general appreiatin of the intricacies and processes involved in project implementation where areas of successes can be replicated and failures can be corrected or avoided.
